President: Dixie Hofer, RN, BSN, MABS
Dixie has over 40 years of nursing experience. Her health care background includes specializations and training in intensive and coronary care, medical and surgical nursing, pediatrics, supervision, and administration. She previously worked for the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a CNA program evaluator. Dixie is also a School of Nursing Clinical Instructor.
Scheduling Coordinator: Vona Baughman
Vona has more than 18 years of experience with scheduling caregivers and assisting clients. She is dedicated, conscientious, and compassionate in her work with our team and the families we serve.
Director of Nursing Services: Mary Gow, RN, BSN
Mary is a graduate of the OHSU School of Nursing. She is detail-oriented and cares for each individual, doing whatever it takes to ensure the client and family feel secure in the care received from the Caring Heart Staff.
Nursing Supervisor East Side: Marcia Woods, RN
Marcia is an experienced licensed nurse whose kindness and problem-solving abilities set her apart. She is highly regarded by our clients, our caregivers, and all those she interacts with in the interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
On-Call RN: Danielle Rawlings, RN, BSN
Danielle is a graduate of the University of Portland School of Nursing. She is knowledgeable, caring, and also enjoys working in the hospital setting in the Providence System.
Caregiver Supervisor: Charissa Parilla
Charissa has advanced training and extensive experience in caregiving, especially caring for geriatric patients and clients with neurological disorders.
